RVILLC – Karaoke Group App

About This App

RVILLC operates a private mobile and web application used exclusively by a closed group of 25 members to coordinate monthly karaoke events. The app is not available to the general public and is accessible by invitation only.

The application provides the following features for registered members:

View upcoming karaoke event details (date, host, location)
Submit songs for the event singing queue
Track real-time queue status during events
Check in and out of events
Submit feedback to the group organizer
Receive SMS notifications when it is their turn to sing

SMS Notifications – Consent & Opt-In

Members of the karaoke group may receive SMS text message notifications sent to their registered mobile phone number. These messages are strictly operational in nature and are limited to event-related alerts such as:

"It's your turn to sing! 🎤 – [Event Name]"
"You're up next in the queue – get ready!"

        Opt-In: By registering an account on the RVILLC Karaoke App and
        providing a mobile phone number, members explicitly consent to receiving SMS
        notifications related to their participation in karaoke events organized through
        the app.
      

Opt-Out: Members may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at karaoke@rvillc.com. Opting out will not affect access to the app.

We do not send promotional, marketing, or third-party messages. Message frequency is limited to active event days only (typically once per month). Standard message and data rates may apply.

Privacy Policy

RVILLC is committed to protecting the privacy of our app members. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect:

Name and email address (for account creation)
Mobile phone number (for SMS event notifications)
Home address (optional, used for hosting event logistics)
Songs submitted for karaoke events

How We Use Your Information:

To manage your account and event participation
To send SMS notifications on active event days
To coordinate karaoke queue and event logistics

Data Sharing:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver operational SMS notifications via Twilio's messaging platform.

Data Security:

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase. Access is restricted to registered members and the group administrator only.

Retention:

Member data is retained for as long as you are an active member of the group. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Terms of Use

This application is a private tool operated by RVILLC for the exclusive use of invited karaoke group members. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

Members agree to use the app solely for its intended purpose of karaoke event coordination. The organizer reserves the right to remove any member's access at any time.

RVILLC is not responsible for any disruptions in SMS delivery due to carrier limitations or network conditions.
